The colours on start up sky puck

Every time I switch it on the colours never seem to go away after switching it on seeing the line of colours at the start then it does go to homepage

I'm not sure what your question is. It's normal to see a coloured line when you first switch on, which quickly expands to fill the screen with the home page.

Yes I know that but it doesn't seem to go the colours stays on there for quite a time then it goes to homepage in other words it's stuck on there and doesn't go off

Can you upload a photo of the issue? i think will help in understanding exactly what you are seeing.

sharp  ìt seems to stay on there  for quite long time then goes off the different colours when you switch on the sky puck

It seems fine now just takes a lot longer to warm up or start up when switching it on just came on instantly

Don't know that to be honest it's a sharp lcd colour tv @Exiled-in-HH
