I'm part way through the episode and the picture cuts out. Still have audio and the title slide shows up. Have reloaded it, fast forwarded, etc - happens at the same place each time.
Happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi @Jane228 Sky are aware of the problem as per this THREAD on the forum. The only thing you can do is report the matter to Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.com
Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do except be patient.
