The Day Of The Jackal In HD (NOT UHD)

How do I watch The Day of the Jackal in HD?
Every time I choose the HD format it brings me back to the UHD format, but I don't have a UHD TV??

Hi @MI_117

On the button where it has Play Serie S1:E1 scroll right to the cog and select all formats. Also check that your default playback settings are set to HD in the settings is set to HD and that your puck output is set to HD.

Might be worth also power cycling your puck.
