Sky stream playlist missing

I have been reading that sky steam playlist and continue watching seems to be a random disappearing act! We applied to move our account when we move next month and updated our billing and subscription.  Since then our playlist and continue watching have di. I have read about reboot and switch on off WiFi hub. I have done all that and still its missing..help!!

In order for these functions to work you need to be opted in to personalisation. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/personalisation-on-sky-glass-and-sky-stream

 

It could be that something has removed these permissions, however that article will tell you how to check. Nuclear option would be to opt out and then back in again, but this will reset everything in the CW rail.

 

Your other option is to report the issue to sky for troubleshooting.
