Technical issues on sky puck

Hello, 

 

I have just received a new sky puck for my multi room 

 

connected it properly,  it doesn't allow me to connect to my internet via WiFi 


plugged the Ethernet cable in.

Updated it all via Ethernet cable and then went to network settings and it's not allowing me to connect via WiFi 

 

a little tricky to have it wireless in the bedroom 

 

it says sorry because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service. 
soon as I put Ethernet in it works, but I need it wireless

Sounds as if the wi-fi is struggling in your bedroom. Can you check the speed your receiving with your mobile in wi-fi mode in your bedroom. A work around is connecting your puck via a set of powerline adaptors.
