Re: Technical fault
@Llandysul You posted this in the accessibility forum, however your issue is unrelated to Skys accessibility services.
We would also need to know which TV service this is on, Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream/Glass
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Technical fault
I have a normal flat screen TV, and I subscribe to sky. I have a sky puck streaming box which I thought could record, but every time I set it to record something on sky mix it records a channel I don't have, like history or sky one,not sure why my program would be on both channels but yes. I do not have a dish. The puck is connected to TV by hdmi cable

Re: Technical fault
You first posted about this 12 months ago. What have you done about it since then? If you have a puck then you can't record anything.
I will move your thread to the Stream board.
The link I gave you last year also covers Stream and Glass.
