Pixelated picture on sky stream

I've had my Sky puck for about 3 weeks, first 2 weeks it was fine then one night a horizontal line appeared on the picture & the bottom part of the screen is pixelated. It stayed like that for about 4 days even after several hours of troubleshooting. It randomly started working again for a day & half then back to the same pixelated picture. I spoke to Sky & the suggested a internet cable from the puck to broadband hub, I've done this & it's still not helped. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this issue please?

Insist on a hardware swap: if only part of the screen is distorted it's not a bandwidth issue.

Insist on a hardware swap: if only part of the screen is distorted it's not a bandwidth issue.

Presuming you've done all of the swapping HDMI leads, different ports, different TV or monitor screen then yes, that sounds like a goosed stream puck.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have spoken to Sky again & they have agreed to send a new puck. Appreciate your response.

Thanks for your reply, Sky have agreed to swap the puck. Hopefully that will fix the issue 🤞🏼
