Technical fault

Everything seems to be connected but keep getting 'There is a technical fault. Please try again later' appearing on the screen and channels will not work as this message appears.

Sky stream. Been on the phone to Sky customer services for 46 minutes bless him but it's now working after powering off, reset of everything and changing batteries on remote. Basically we tried everything! Working now through! Thanks for the reply!

@Atina  This doesn't sound like a Sky Go app related issue, which TV Box does this refer to?  Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
