Technical fault - 7 (33) affecting recordings

For the last 2 months many of the programmes we've tried to record have shown this error message. Anyone know what it refers to, and more importantly how to combat it? The recordings always have a lack of signal interruption within them.

@tahnontour yes that's a Sky+ box and the fault indicates a hard disk problem. 

 

You could try a Planner Rebuild and if that doesn't help, a full system Reset. This guide explains how.

 

If neither resolves it, your hard disk is failing, I'm afraid, and you'll need to upgrade either to Sky Q or Stream.
