Jeff sky problem

Hi I have an old Sky+HD box that normally resets by unplugging and then holding down the backup button and reinstating supply and waiting for the four lights on the front to appear 

tried 3 times last night 

left unplugged overnight and tried. Again this morning 

no joy any advice please?

@Polygon57 what problem are you having with your Sky box that requires resetting? Any error message?
