Technical Fault

I have connections to some stations but not others - it says technical fault try again later.

have reset router, checked cables reconnected above - but still recieve some channels and not receive others

Hi @NJF1 This sounds like the on going issue that is effecting some users. Not much help to you at the moment but Sky are aware and are looking into it.
