My sky puck keeps freezing on netflixs

My sky puck keeps freezing on Netflix's when I try watch a film ect it freezes. Does sky puck work better on sky wifi?

No, it all depends on what speed your puck is getting. Run a speed test in the Netflix app settings and post your results. @Graypat1

Sky Stream works with any broadband ISP.

 

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.

Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a handful of  times, say over an hour period between tests.

In theory that speed should be fast enough however the stream boxes are data hungry and interference with other devices can cause issues Try an app refresh to see if it helps @Graypat1 

To refresh apps on Sky Stream, navigate to Settings > System management > Resets and updates > Refresh apps. You'll see a message confirming the refresh, then press "Dismiss" to return to normal viewing.
