Tech fault try later

If when i click on sky channels it says technical fault try later. 

Can't watch any sky channels or live tv. No recordings.  But can open Netflix

If you have Sky Plus then Netflix does not come into it as you must be using this via other means as Sky Plus cannot run apps

What does the actual error message say?
