Sky puck/stream no longer showing an option for live tv

The stream/puck no longer lets us access live tv.   The options has gone.  The guide is not present and asking the voice control to go to BBc One (for example) it tells us there is no such channel.  What's going on?

@Keirh1974  Have you tried unplugging the puck for a minute then plugging back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This is happening to me and has done so for the past 2 days. I am also unable to access the majority of the apps such as prime and Disney +. I have tried all of the suggestions listed and nothing works.

We've tried restarting and resetting the device but still no TV Guide or live tv.

Just tried another full reset with the mains off and then pushing the button on the bottom as you switch the power on.   The puck updated and is now working.

I'll take that back.  We have live Tv but not all channels are working!
