The pucks both freeze
The glass screen is usually fine. sometimes doing a speedcheck we can get speeds as low as 3Mbps

Then you need to somehow improve the speed of your broadband to your pucks.
Do this by investing in a mesh network or some cheap powerline adapters which can transfer the broadband signal from your router to each puck through your existing home electrical wiring and a couple of ethernet cables.
You do of course also need to have fast enough broadband reaching your router in the first place. What speed are you supposedly receiving?
