TV say no internet connection
Since we have had our sky stream the tv just comes up with no Internet connection.
Although all our appliances have wifi

@Bernie100 Can you clarify, is it the puck displaying the message or the TV? If the latter it's not a Sky stream issue, and is likely down to poor wifi.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
