Black screen

On sky original, Netflix, Disney etc the sound comes on but the screen is black. I've restarted, changed hdmi, refreshed apps, unplugged but it's still now working.

@RebePot  Does your router have a clear line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way?  Presumably you have checked you have a good internet speed?
