TV programme only playing sound. Ads work fine

I am watching Best Medicine season1 episode 10. After the first adverts the sound plays but the screen is black. I have tried it on different devices at different time but it seems to be across all TVs using Sky Pucks. The ads are working fine. It is just the show. Anyone else with this issue? It seems to work fine on Sky Go and only affects this episode
