Hayu gone AWOL?

Delighted when Hayu arrived on Sky recently but it seems to have disappeared and is only available via the app which I won't use. I can't see it on demand. Am I going mad or has anyone else had the same problem?

I have the opposite issue, can only access via on demand programs and not on the app. Using the app now asks for a subscription.

Which Sky system do you have? on Sky Q it's still there under On Demand, Channels.

That's correct, access to the app isn't included. The Hayu content is only available via On Demand

Same here.  

When i look on my Whats included its disappeared.  

I tried both ways and it keeps asking me to get hayu.  I'm missing the latest episode of below deck ! Third world problems and all that 😜
