Hi @Not-again You may be aware but just in case you aren't you need to give a long press on the Sky remote power button to turn off your TV (about 3 seconds does it on my Samsung TV).
If that is not the issue you could try pairing it again through connected devices. You will need to press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote) before pairing it again.
