Sky streaming in absolute useless. Sky don't care to try and help sort the problem as well

Sky Stream is brilliant, even with 33 Mbps internet.

Most issues are with the home WiFi environment and not the Sky equipment.

Hi @Matthew131 and welcome to the forum.  If you want to elaborate on the problems you are having the forum members will try to help you but be aware we are not Sky employees.  If you want to speak to Sky you will need to phone them.

 

Like @martswain I love the streaming platform.  I agree it can be a little frustrating at times but I can't remember the last time I had an issue that a reboot didn't resolve. Admittedly I have to reboot more often that I would like and is mostly when it says waiting to load/technical fault but the reboot always resolves it..
