Hi @Rogueshadow7 From your post I am assuming you have another puck in another location that is working correctly. Have you tried taking the puck from your son's room and plugging it into the other location? This will help you determine if it is the puck at fault or it is some other factor such as poor WiFi signal to your son's bedroom.
