TV no internet connection

Hi, 

 

I am getting a no internet connection error with Sky TV but my WiFi is fine and the other apps on my TV are working fine.

 

Have tried turning on/off and rebooting the server but no change.

 

Any suggestions?

What Sky Tv service do you have, Sky Glass or Stream ?

I had a similar problem and it was because the puck was picking up a local wifi hotspot. The ones where you have to log into like in a shop or pub etc.
