TV keeps pixelating

On certain channels, such as ITV some sky  hannels  the TV Plxelates. It's been doing it for a few days

First thing to try is to reboot your router and then reboot your stream puck ( turn them both off at the plug for a few minutes and see if that helps).

If it doesn't then I'd suggest connecting the puck to the router via an Ethernet cable, turning off WiFi in the pucks network settings and then rebooting the puck.

Had the same issue, we are lod=sing nights ogf TV due to one thing after another, is thsi Puck thing useless?

I have rebooted as it said by switching off, then on, holding the buttun underneath, a update was then installed, then Sky Stream logo is stuck on the TV, this getting on our nerves

Eventually, I switched to Google TV & BBC Iplayer to watch the programme on catch up, it was perfect, better picture, no pixelating, so definately a puck  issue, I wish I had not left VM after 21 years

It is a Puck issue.  Mine does it nearly every day and I have to reboot the puck.  When I do it works perfectly again for at least a few hours before doing it again.

This is on 2Gbps broadband with the Sky Puck plugged into the router, so it is not true this is a Wifi issue.  It is a bug on the puck and it does it every day on every puck in my house.

Thanks, that's what we have concluded. 

Have you asked for a new one because mine has just started in the last few weeks. 

Maybe it needs replacing ?? I don't know
