Page restricted message when trying to set up sky stream services on new device
I'm trying to set up sky stream on a new device, it's letting me get to the let's link accounts page, where it sends me to activate but will not let me go any further just sends messsge to my phone to say page restricted
I have the right passwords, pins etc
can anyone help?

you have to sign in with the email used when you purchased your stream
Also may need to clear the cookies in your browser or use a diffferent browser
sometimes using an Ethernet cable during setup can help
