Only had Sky Broadband and TV fitted last week , and it keeps freezing and message on screen says Technical problems, this is not acceptable after only one week's service ...

Every home is different as the layout, type of construction snd the level of interference varies. If the new Sky hub is on the floor or worse in a cupboard move it so it is out in the open and above obstructions like radiators. Sky do sell ad-ons to improve wifi and you can buy third party equipment but consider if a simplecethernet cable from the hub to the puvck is not a better option.
