Sky puk keeps freezing on the picture and sound
My picture and sound keeps freezing briefly. This is on the normal channels eg itv1. It did it last week. Then was fine for a few days. Then today is bad again. Also the sound is often out if sync. When i watched sonething on netflix it was almost 2 seconds behind the other day. On the verge of cancelling my sky broadband and tv. Whenever I do the online check it says all my systems are running normally. Ive tried all the reboote etc.

Do you have it connected via Wifi?
The freezing is all signs that you don't have a strong and stable internet connection. If connected via Wifi make sure the puck is out in the open and not behind a TV or in a cupboad. Also ensure your router is properly positioned. Again this shouldn't be in a cupboard, on a floor or close to things like radiators.
The other option is to connect it via an ethernet cable (ensuring you disable the Wifi in the puck's network settings). If this improves things then you know the issue is with the strength and stability of your WIFI network.
