TV guide and programmes disappeared

08.10.25 SKY stopped working properly.

My tv stopped showing live tv.
The guide just disappeared. Is there a problem with SKY?

Apps worked fine but no bbc etc channels were showing on my guide.

8 th oct 2025.

Was this a problem in the uk?

Any one else affected by this?

Samsung tv. Sky Q box.

This was fixed about 2215 yesterday (roughly). Can't quite make that image out but it doesn't look like a Sky Q box.

It's not a Sky+ box, it's a Sky Stream puck.

first time using ... i only put the picture in as it would not let me submit question until i added more. its a box from sky, wierdly, most people are only interested in my misnaming the device. interestingly none were that helpful regarding the outage.

We were trying to establish which platform you subscribed to so your post could be moved to the correct place. It started in Sky Q, then you said you had Sky+ so it was moved and now we've confirmed it is a puck it's been moved again.

 

The original reply is still correct. The issue was fixed yesterday evening.
