TV channel stream keeps jumping

I have an issue where my TV program accessed from my puck keeps freezing and then jumping forward, I have rebooted both the Puck and my router numerous times but it keeps happening and on pretty much whichever channel I am watching

Lisa I tried what they asked and it looks like a WiFi issue. But the bubble is no longer there
