@Nige16 It should have asked you what region you wanted when you set it up. Unfortunately I don't know how to go back to set up but someone on here may be able to help.

Have you moved to the Meridian region recently?

Plus, try a Sky Stream restart and see if your region changes.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
