Can you provide more details? Not sure what you mean up 850?

My ITVX works well, what kind of issues are you experiencing? Is there any rhythm or rhyme to the problems you see, eg maybe it happens around ad breaks?

ITV picture, live tv & ITVX catchup pixelating + sound issues
I'm having two issues, not sure if they're connected.
When watching ITV channels (coronation street and emmerdale), whether live or on ITVX catchup - the picture randomly glitches and pixelates. This seems to be happening quite often.
When first turning the sky puck on, if we go to watch a show on prime / netflix etc the sound doesn't work at all. This has happening twice in the last week. If I put it onto live BBC channel it usually starts working. After which, when we go back onto the app, the sound works okay.

Yes only itv x so far had the engineer out today said its great and working as it should but again tonight it's freezing up again

What is your broadband speed? How is the puck connected to the Internet ethernet cable or WiFi, ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi, and also how many other devices do you have connected to the Internet as that will weaken the signal to each device
