Sky stream picture quality on TNT

I get terrible picture quality using Sky Stream on sports channels and I can't use Netflix through Sky Stream. My Wi-Fi is excellent and quality is fine if I use the apps on my Smart TV or other devices.

Hi @Charlieharry100 could you talk through what you mean please? Is it a blurry picture, or does it lock up a lot perhaps? Is audio working ok during this?

The picture quality on tnts streaming channels isn't great and looks low bitrate compared to sky sports. It's the same in discovery plus too.
