Switching from Sky Q to Sky Stream

I have just logged into My Sky and slected a bought a Sky Stream Package. I am currently on Sky Q (Out of contract by quite some time!) does this swich over automatically or do I need to contact them to cancel the Sky Q? I dont fancy having two TV subscriptions!

Billing switches when a Stream puck is activated (or three weeks after one is delivered). Any overlap in cost is credited back to the Sky account.

Switching from Sky+ or Sky Q? We’ll bill you for your existing Sky TV subscription until your Sky Stream puck is activated. Any overpayments will be refunded or credited to your account automatically within 45 days.
