Constantly unreliable sky stream.

Sky stream has been  unfit for purpose,  constantly  freezing, judge ring, sound out of since, and sconstantly just turning off since I had it.

Hi @Junkyarddog the sound sync is a known bug and hopefully there'll be a fix soon. 

Some of what you said sounds like it might be network related so if you don't mind I think it'd be worth looking into that a bit.

1. Open the Netflix app on your Sky Stream Puck.
2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
3. Select Check Your Network.
4. Note the download speed

Please could you share the speed it shows?
