Switched rooms
Set up TV & sky puck in kitchen. Moved both to lounge room & now saying I can't watch on this device!!!!
please help!

What is the exact error message on your puck you are seeing, when your puck is powered on?

was on the phone to Sky for an hour and a half, factory reset of Puck did nothing.
No help at all!

This sounds more like a message coming from you TV, rather than the Sky Puck.
That is not a message as Im aware that the Puck shows on screen.
Have you tried changing the source hdmi port with the TV remote or rechecking the hdmi cable from your puck to TV is plugged in correctly.
It would help if you could take a photo and post on here for us to see the on screen message.
