Swapping contract

I have just got Sky Stream which I took out on a 31 rolling contract. I was worried that my wife wouldn't be able to get on with a new way of accessing the channels. We had previously been on sky+ for years. If all seems well will I be able to sign up for a 24 month contract to get a better price ? Rolling contract is £18 as opposed to £15 for the 24 months one.

You shouldn't have an issue switching from a monthly rolling contract to a 24 month one. Sky obviously prefer customers on the 24 month one as it provides a guarantee income for them over that period.

But they will release any customer from a long term contract if the service cannot be adequately received due to network issues outwith Sky's control.
