Constant issues
For some reason over the last month I have had issue after issue with Stream.
Not had an issue before but now nearly everyday the tv guide is missing or the please wait programme is loading message. I spend more time resetting the pluck than I do watching it.
Absolutely nothing to do with internet speed as that is running in excess of 500 mbps.
I am at the point of just cancelling and switching to another provider as we are out of contract.

Re: Constant issues
Hi @CGMFFG
There was an outage skys side and a number of threads on the community re this. Service seems to have been restored for some users, but it may be intermittent.

Re: Constant issues
Exactly the same for me. Everything had been stable for some months but it appears some software update means lots of the old problems are back like NO Wifi message (I'm connected on ethernet), programme loading.
It would be nice to just switch the box on and it works - I don't have this with any other equipment like Amazon stick.
Unbelievable for what they charge for this junk.

Re: Constant issues
Couldnt agree more!
I have no issues with any other equipment, Sky are so far behind.
I am cancelling Monday, had the same issue again tonight.

Re: Constant issues
@NickJJcompared to Stream there are limitations with Now TV eg catchup playlists, but it has all the Sky Sports channels.
The prices I have, followed 1 month of paying the regular price for Sport and then cancelling. Offers came up to stay and an offer of 6 months @ £19 pm.
I don't like long contracts and dislike the price haggling dance. Everything is done online including cancelling (no phone calls required... yippee!)
Now TV Sports + Entertainment + Cinema + Ultra Boost @ £34 pm (till April 2026)
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + + RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
