Swapping Sky Glass for normal tv

Hi

I currently have a sky glass tv and then a puck in the kitchen with a normal tv.

The picture quality is so much better on the normal tv rather than the sky glass.

If I go back to a normal tv rather than glass  does that mean I have to go back to sky q and have a box again??

I'm totally confused!

Thanks

No, you would simply need another Puck (to connect to the tv replacing the Glass).

Yes, that's correct. Sky Stream is the same streaming service that you get on Sky Glass, just on any TV with a Sky Stream puck attached to it. The puck has the same SkyOS which runs on Glass and receives the same Sky content via your broadband that you get on Glass.

Yup. If you have multiple pucks then you'll still need the whole home subscription to have them all function.

So that would be a Gen 1, and realistically any current set from a recognised brand at half the price you paid for Glass should be ''better', because technology has moved on.
