Swap to Stream

Hello - I have a Broadband and two Sky Q boxes but have had to move house due to changes in my "personal circumstances", shall we say. I am now sharing a flat that does not have a Sky connection and the building owners do not allow Sky dishes to be installed. My best option is to switch to Sky Stream and hook it up to my Virgin WiFi. You would think this would be simple as I don't want to change the content of my Sky package - I want to keep all the channels I have, not add any and not drop any.

My problem is that I am hard of hearing cannot pass security checks on the phone as I can't hear them properly and although my mum has offered to make the call on my behalf, data protection means it is not allowed unless I verify her and I can't see how to do that. I have tried the chat facility and it wa hopeless. I have emailed but had no reply. I went into the new Sky store in Croydon and spoke to someone very helpful but she could not change my package and suggested calling custoner service, which I can't really do at the moment.

Has anyone out there got any ideas of what I can do? My ex-partner is moving out of what was our house today and does not want Sky at her new house, so I am not wanting to cancel, just move the subscription and change the hardware. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

Thank you - Kevin
