Puck keeps losing wifi

My streaming puck keeps losing its WiFi connection.

i have a strong broadband connection and according to the Netflix app my WiFi connection is strong too.

The puck is approximately 2m away from the router.

ive restarted , totally reset the unit but it keeps happing , mostly when switching it on but it can happen whilst viewing .

i do have networked standby mode switched on.

I have swapped locations to other tvs that have fire sticks and it happens there too.

i feel the unit is faulty but keen to hear if anyone can suggest anything before I go through the rigmarole of getting a replacement

thanks

Re: Puck keeps losing wifi

I have the same issue with Puck 1m from my new hub. It randomly loses WiFi. Also same on Sky Glass.  Ironically we just upgraded to faster broadband with new WiFi booster but the experience is way worse. Also affecting computers and phones (my daughter used extra 25gb this month due to bad WiFi)

Re: Puck keeps losing wifi

Same here. My bt broadband is 930 mbs and I get about 20 mbs on my new puck. Live tv is so slow at times it's unwatchable. Contacted Sky multiple times and completed all the checks which makes no difference. Paying over £100 for what?
