Suddenly SKY mini box says "you cannot watch tv ,you have no connection.

SKY MINI BOX STOPS WORKING EITH A MESSAGE THAT SAYS " YOU CANNOT WATCH TV AS YOU HAVE NO CONNECTION. I CHANGED NOTHING AND MY INTERNET SERVICE IS PERFECT. IT CAN RETURN BY ITSELF. I T IS NOW A CONTINUOUS ISSUE. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING.

@Donal+J+H  Do you mean you have a Stream Puck as a Mini box is for Sky Q a satellite delivered service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
