Sky Stream not 'recoding' full programs

Had the Rugby Championship added to our Playlist, but for some games, it recorded 40/45 mins and then stopped...anyone know why?

We are fellow subscribers here. Cloud recording is managed by Sky. Best advice is to raise issues like this with sky viewer relations. They can be reached by email on viewerR@sky.uk. 

 

They will investigate with the relevant team / 3rd party broadcaster and feedback
