Subtitle Issue on Sky Sports UHD Live Sync Channel

Hi all,

I am writing to report an issue regarding subtitles on the Sky Sports UHD Live Sync channel. Upon tuning into the channel, subtitles appear for approximately 15 seconds and then disappear completely. No further subtitles are displayed unless the channel is changed and then tuned back to the Sky Sports UHD Live Sync channel. However, the same issue persists, with subtitles appearing briefly for 15 seconds before vanishing again.

This issue is particularly annoying for viewers with hearing problems, as it significantly impacts their viewing experience. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
