Sky puc

Every time I use my sky puc I can get home page but when I select a program I get no picture I then have to turn power off and on.

@charkey   When you turn the power off and on again does it then work, or are you just back to the same problem?

Also when you turn the power off do you leave it off for over 30 seconds?

Also if you go to the 'Settings' at the bottom of the page go to 'System management' then 'Restart device' and let if restart if for you and see if that helps.

As mentioned above.

Do a restart in settings preferably instead of multiple power on and off

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates

Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
