Stuttering TV on multiple channels

Hi 

for the last week when watching any channel on Sky, every 5-10mins there is a stutter, freezing screen and break in audio.

i have completely unplugged the modem / router etc for over 2hrs multiple times as recent as today. All channels still doing the same.

all tests say broadband is fine. Sky puck is not damaged. 

please help fix as this is not an enjoyable way to watch tv

@AndrewC6   Hi Andrew, it can be a case of trial and error to establish why this is happening.  One thing to try is to check the position of your puck.  Ideally in the same room as your router, and that it stands alone without anything touching it other than the shelf it is on with at least 6 inches of space around it.  I hope that works.
