Streamed programs pause when trying to skip ads

I've been having issues the past week where if I go to watch any streamed program from Sky, Amazon etc... when the program starts and I get the option to skip adds the program pauses. Ih I press play again it will pause everytime after playing for 1 sec. If I then go to Watch from start the same issue happens. The only way I can solve the issue is full restart of my puck which isn't ideal everytime I want to stream a program. My puck is on software version QS040.029.00P
