Streem not working

Sky streen not working saying there is a technical fault

@Lisa1313 Stream will only work if it is connected to the internet first check the lights on your Sky hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-internet-off

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Tomi2  Go into the settings > Start up & Standby menu and make sure Networked Standby mode is turned ON and this will stop your puck losing the network connection when it goes into standby.  Whilst there I would also turn off overnight power saving.
