Streaming puck not connecting to Internet

My Internet is working well but my streaming puck is unable to connect to it so I don't have any TV Please assist

Hi @Babatunde and welcome to the forum.

 

When this happens to me I find the following procedure get me back up and running again.

 

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet.
