Streaming issues

Hi, I upgraded my broadband 10 days ago. However, I'm still getting a pixilated picture when streaming. My Broadband test says it's fine and no issues, but surely it should stream smoothly? The wifi hub is about 20 feet from my tv with no walls in between. Thanks Mary

@MargoP  How are you connecting the puck wifi or Ethernet cable? If the former try the latter has that can provide a more stable connection

What speed of broadband is reaching the puck? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

It's Apple TV via my SkyQ box.

 

I've run a check on the app and it detects no issues.

I can't really run an ethernet cable across the room easily. 

 

Also, given I've just upgraded it seems a bit of a nonsense to have to do that.

What speed of broadband did you upgrade to?

If you could connect with ethernet  you could find out whether or not it was a wifi issue.
