Streaming box freezes, goes blank and the sound cuts out

I have a Streaming box for about a month and it has been causing issues almost from the start. The picture somes freezes or goes blank and the sound cuts out from time to time. These issues happen on bbc itv and sky channels. Does anyone else have these issues and is there a fix???

That's typically the sign of poor network connectivity.

Firstly is the puck out in the open ( for example it's not sitting on an enclosed shelf on a TV cabinet/stand) ?

Thanks for your response I have 150 mbs WiFi and the box is situated behind the tv  around 12" of gap all round as recommended

Try moving the puck out from behind the TV, it's not recommended to have the puck hidden behind the TV.
